Welcome
You don't need to have been to church before. You won't be asked to do anything you're not comfortable with.
We sit in auditorium-style seating. A few people lead from the stage — praying, reading the Bible, introducing songs — and a music team leads the singing. About halfway through, one of our pastors preaches from the Bible for around half an hour.
A whole service takes between seventy-five and ninety minutes. A Bible helps but isn't essential; an app on your phone works just as well.
Come as you are — some people dress smartly, others casually, and there's no dress code. Parking is rarely a problem, but arrive about five minutes early so you can find a seat easily.
If you'd like, tell us you're coming and we'll arrange for someone friendly to meet you at the door.

Children & Youth
We want children to come to know Jesus, to live for Him, and to share Him with those around them. That conviction shapes everything we run for families — from the Baby Room through to Grade 12.
Through the week
Church is more than Sunday morning.
Everyone starts together, then children divide by age. Grade R–7 sing, pray, hear a talk and split into small groups. Preschoolers work through the Jesus Storybook Bible; toddlers have a room with a live stream; babies under one have the Baby Room in the auditorium.
A separate time of teaching during the 10am service. In the school holidays they stay in the adult service.
Learning different books of the Bible with games that reinforce the teaching, singing, a take-home craft, prayer and small groups.
Friday evenings to hang out and have fun together — singing, games, and reading and studying the Bible in small groups.
Running Terms 2–4 at the church. For anyone relatively new to TCC, or wanting to understand the foundational truths Christians believe.
Where the Bible is applied to everyday life, and where you can be known and loved, pray and be prayed for. Groups vary in shape and size and meet across the southern suburbs.
“Let us not give up meeting together, but encouraging one another — and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
Hebrews 10:25
What we believe
Committed to Jesus Christ as Lord, and to the Bible as the Word of God.
TCC is a constituent church of REACH SA — Reformed, Evangelical, Anglican. Autonomous, with our own constitution, in fellowship with like-minded churches. What we believe shapes how we behave, and works out in five objectives.
Adoring, praising and thanking God in all things, especially when we gather.
Everyone finding connection, community and care within God's family.
Knowing God deeply and making gospel-driven decisions in all of life.
Sacrificially serving one another, formally and informally.
More people hearing the gospel for the first time, locally and globally.

Since 1983
A Sunday school started at Kirstenhof Primary in 1983, planted from St James, Kenilworth. The congregation outgrew the staff room, then the school hall. In 1989 the old Breezeland Nursery came up for sale on Tokai Road; two years of building later, the church moved in, and it has met here ever since.
